Pâtisserie Maxime is a traditional French business launched on July, 1st 1993 by the Pastry Chef Didier Meyer and located in Haguenau, 20 miles far from Strasbourg (France). Furthermore, Pâtisserie Maxime is linked with two other companies created by the Entrepreneur Didier Meyer, a traditional Bakery called 'Le Fournil de Loic' and a bookshop café named 'Café Max'.

Additionally, the company is manufacturing its own chocolate and is preparing Swedish bread, Surprise Bread and Cakes in order to supply events such as Weddings.
